    I would probably get in therapy and stay in therapy. it is a full time job taking care of our mental health. Did you attend grief counseling?

    I feel like there are practices that we have to do every day to maintain our mental health. Deep breathing helps a lot. Inhale for at least three, hold for three, exhale for three. Replace negative thoughts. Ask yourself if the thoughts are true, are they helpful? If not, replace it with something else. For example, if you think it is not okay to ask for help, ask yourself on what basis do you believe this? Where did the belief come from? Do most other people believe in this, too? Are there example of when it is okay to ask for help etc.?
